1、 黑豆茶

功效:黑豆是防老抗衰黑武士,《本草綱目》中有入藥記載的黑豆,對防老抗衰、治腰膝疼痛,及烏髮、補腎有十分卓越的功效;營養價值與黃豆相當。藥用價值卻高於黃豆。是豆類家族的明星!

材料:黑豆100克,蘇木10克,紅糖適量,水700ml。

作法:

1、黑豆以水略洗,瀝乾備用。

2、鍋中加入黑豆、蘇木及水,燉煮至黑豆熟透後,撈除蘇木及黑豆。

3、再加入紅糖,攪攔至融化後即可飲用。 2、 當歸丹參茶

功效:活血去瘀。當歸甘溫而潤,可活絡血液,丹參味苦微寒,可活血去瘀,調經止痛。兩味合飲可保氣色紅潤,精神飽滿。

材料:丹參8—10克、當歸8—10克。

作法:所有材料放入茶杯中,衝入250c.c.的熱水,燜約30—40分鐘即可飲用。提醒:容易腹瀉或腸胃功能弱者,可減少當歸的份量。

3、 何首烏枸杞茶

功效:益肝腎。何首烏味甘苦,益精血補肝腎,枸杞味甘,可養肝明目,易腰膝無力、頻尿腎虛者常飲用,可養氣壯筋骨。

材料:何首烏10克、枸杞10克。

作法:所有材料放入茶杯中,衝入250c.c.的熱水,燜約20—30分鐘即可。提醒:由於枸杞較易上火,體者燥熱者可減少枸杞份量,或加入8克菊花,降低熱性。
